today i met with the tom of findland foundation and im coordanting with them  for the next fundaraiser for the foundation..TOMS BAR. they wanted a country theme but i  suggested a gear theme. we need to keep fetish clothing and life style alive or it will fail. the leather lifestyle  is one where people can explore more of their sexual thoughts and to find their kink.  people should not be felt unwelcomed when they walk into a leather bar. so i says keep it a gear event,,,,

leg day

 I had a good workout last night doing legs..  I love doing legs and chest so when it's leg day i go heavy and hard. I always try to add new routine to legs but not forgetting about the basics. one major factor when doing legs is to eat a big meal since legs  take more effort and energy specially when I leg press 560 pounds.....like I always say bigger is better..
