leg day

 I had a good workout last night doing legs..  I love doing legs and chest so when it's leg day i go heavy and hard. I always try to add new routine to legs but not forgetting about the basics. one major factor when doing legs is to eat a big meal since legs  take more effort and energy specially when I leg press 560 pounds.....like I always say bigger is better..
