Seriously, I have had the occasion to train in a thong a few times in my life. I was more aggressive, more comfortable, and more focused. Training that way is SERIOUSLY a HUGE benefit. I can;t recommend it enough to those who are trying to get bigger.

However, rather than a thong, training in only a jock is even better. For starters, this is what jocks were DESIGNED for - handling a man's cock and balls while he's working hard. So, the ability to move, to work, and to focus is perfect if you train in only a jockstrap. Likewise, every glance int he mirror reminds you of jockiness - a real motivating idea. It;s like you;re literally tapping into a whole jocky mystique.

But while I STRONGLY URGE men to take any opportunity to train in a thong or jock, in the end the best "no clothes" method I have experienced is just that - NO CLOTHES AT ALL.

I have had the luck to work out naked many, many times in my life. Sometimes after hours at a gym with dudes who are chill about it. Other times in (well-equipped) home gym set-ups. And to be real, few experiences match it.

Just the sheer primal aggression of being stark naked while hurling weight ramps up the power I experience in a workout by nearly double. it feels somehow just right to be naked, sweating and working my muscle and testosterone to the grueling degree. 

Trust me, NOTHING beats the intensity of my nude workouts. Train nude with a buddy, and watch the fire go through the roof. 

So, my friend there reckoned right - I SHOULD lose the shorts. AND the thong. 

And as a big dude, I STRONGLY urge you all to take any opportunity to do the same if you can!
