hey men.. well here a new pic of me and more to come. I have increased cardio to 4 days and week with a cardio burst routine.. it invloves mixing uo my cardio between 2 exeercises.. ill do the stepper for 15 minutes then hope on the treadmill for another 15.. or he bike..it feels great specially when doing legs, he legs get warrmed uo and full of blood so i can lift more and longer...

BE YOURSELF
with society telling us what is right and what to wear, i urge each one of you to be yourself. dont let socity that wearing spandex to workout is gross, or bikinis or thongs on the beach is disgusting. women can wear anything they want and get away with it but men cant. america has other issues to worry about then what people wear or who they have sex with....do not conform i dont,,
